We are not a link directory and we accept only posts that serve the local community. We reserve the right to remove a post on this basis and remove the user on this basis too.
We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or breaching these terms. We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user’s usage of the site either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user’s registration.
Abuse of the Website
Any abuse will not be tolerated. The owners, employees and website community work hard to keep the site working optimally and safely and we ask that all users use the reporting system to report any abuse of the website, including breaches of the terms, offensive content and malicious or abusive behaviour towards others.

Some services on Locally Socially are free, but many services incur a fee on our website, including featured listings. When submitting listings for businesses or events, you will be asked to agree to the terms set out here in this document, and if you do not agree to these terms, you should not submit a listing. If you do submit a listing and wish to remove it, please do so using your account or email us for help.
Our fees are always quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and our prices will be fixed at the rates set out in the Pricing page, unless the price is affected by a price promotion, promotional code or other offers that we may extend to businesses, business users or website users. We reserve the right to change the price of our products and services, and we will give the applicable notice to any users who are in a contract to feature their listing.
All fees are non-refundable and the user is responsible for paying them at the time of ordering the service. If you order something and do not complete the payment then your service contract will not begin and any anticipated featured service will revert to the free service. If the preferred payment method will not allow you to complete the transaction, you can email us [email protected] so that we can complete the transaction.
Use of Site Content
